Welcome to Pacific Inspection Services.  I appreciate you researching home inspectors and taking a moment to gather information about my home inspection business.  

As I'm sure you know, buying a home is typically one of the most expensive purchases you will ever make.  Selecting the right home inspector to evaluate that investment should not be taken lightly.  I am committed to performing home inspections that provide you with accurate information necessary to make informed decisions about your real estate purchase.  I will do that with honesty, integrity, and a high level of detail.

For a buyer, I create a home inspection report that is thorough, informative, and easy to read.  I will make sure that you know and understand every aspect of the property that you are purchasing.  For sellers, I will provide the same detailed home inspection report as I do for a buyer.  A report that gives 100% full disclosure.  You can rest assured that you won't have to worry about a buyer coming back and questioning anything regarding the property.

The majority of my business is from client referrals and from real estate agent recommendations.  Regardelss of who refers me, I work exclusively for the client.  My job is to ensure that the client understands every item and condition that may be reported.  My job does not end after the report is completed, if you have any questions months down the road, you are encouraged to give me a call and I will do my bests to help you understand the information provided from your property inspection.
